By using Football Talents Data (“we”, “the Site”) you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
Football Talents Data provides free information about football in Rwanda and East Africa: players, clubs, competitions, matches and statistics. Data is compiled with care but may contain errors or be incomplete; it is provided “as is”.
2. Not an official source
The Site is independent and is not the official source of any league, federation or club. Statistics, ratings and player profiles are given for information only and are not a recommendation. Clubs, agents and scouts should verify any information with the player, the club or the competent federation before taking a decision.
3. Corrections
Spotted a mistake, or are you a player, club or academy who wants your information completed or corrected? Contact us and we will review your request.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that are abusive or violate these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive or misleading content or behaviour.
- No attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
- No mass automated copying of the database without our written permission.
6. Advertising and partners
The Site is funded by advertising. Ads may be served by third parties such as Google; partner banners and sponsored content are always identified as such (“Advertisement”, “Sponsored”, “Presented by”). We are not responsible for the content of ads or of partner websites, and showing a brand does not mean we endorse its products or services. To advertise, see our Advertise page.
7. Intellectual property
The Site design, code and compiled database are protected. Club names, logos and player photos belong to their respective owners and are shown for information purposes. If you are a rights holder and want content corrected or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or from inaccuracies in its content. External links, ads and partner websites are outside our control.

We may update these terms at any time; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
